A relocation services company had been acquired by Citi and as part of the sale, Citi was required to upgrade its systems training materials for its relocation consultants and assistants. Existing materials consisted solely of a collection of screen prints with no participant guides. Citi needed to provide a more robust systems training curriculum for existing employees and for new hires.
Intulogy’s consultant worked closely with Citi’s training manager and several subject matter experts (SMEs) to perform a needs analysis. We created a modular course for Citi’s existing employees and new hires. The relocation consultants and assistants will now receive classroom training and on-the-job observation time.

This project required excellent project management, instructional design, and editing skills. Additionally, the project required thorough knowledge of classroom training and adult learning styles.
Benefit to Client
Citi received a participant guide and instructor notes. The participant guide included step-by-step walkthroughs and exercise scenarios. The instructor’s notes included advice on classroom set-up, suggestions for handouts and sample reports, and recommendations for presenting the information.
Intulogy provided additional suggestions that would supplement the training materials as Citi ’s needs changed in the future.
Citi is very satisfied with the systems training material they received and the level of expertise provided by the Intulogy consultant.
