Problem Definition

Allied-Vaughn-logoAllied Vaughn, a high volume video duplication company, needed to implement training delivery to end users for a new manufacturing application. This was a one-time need for instructor-led training.

Approach/Method

After discussion, Allied Vaughn provided a custom train-the-trainer session led by an SME (subject matter expert). The trainers then delivered instruction covering twelve different modules to a variety of audiences, such as accounting, shipping, and production, which was in accordance to their eight-month training delivery schedule. Intulogy also provided technical support on the go-live date.

Special Skills Used

Intulogy’s trainers are adept at learning new systems quickly, so they were able to efficiently train others utilizing an abbreviated timeframe. Intulogy also provided feedback to the client’s training project manager, working as part of their internal team.

Benefit to Client

Allied Vaughn was able to implement their new systems at multiple sites, without the need of staffing a full-time training department. Intulogy was able to provide the right amount of personnel and training for the customer’s training solution.

Result

There was rapid user acceptance of the new system and Allied Vaughn was grateful that they minimized internal personnel deployment all over the country.
