Why
Quick Hits Leadership?
Lonnie Harmon, the principal of Quick Hits, has had a unique career and life, moving up through the ranks of a Fortune 500 company, while also raising a family with everything that included…from coaching little league to serving as a school board member. He then joined a consulting firm as VP Operations where he doubled the size of the business in three years from 150 employees/$15M revenue to 300 employees/$30M revenue.
Building upon that success, he then ran his own training company for over a decade, during which time, he and his wife adopted six children from Haiti, who have helped mold his perception of working with, managing and leading multiple generations.
To sum it up, Mr. Harmon’s expertise:
includes project managing, budgeting, managing costs and building revenue, engaging employees and leading diverse teams
at F500 companies, mid-size businesses, small service firms and in an individual consulting practice
providing him unique experience in improving leadership throughout the generations we now have striving to perform well together.
